“Out of the blue” is a site which is designed to help visitors navigate life’s surprises in a positive way. Life is full of surprises, some are welcome others are not welcome at all. How we react to these surprises has a direct impact on us and others.
eChap hopes the site is a convenient tool which helps visitors to work through necessary transitions, build on their resiliance and make the best use of opportunities before them.
The site contains a series of short eChats in text and video which will be added to on a regular basis. There will also be a growing resource library.
This site may be particularly useful to serving and retired members of military, police and emergency services and their families. eChap hopes it will be useful to anyone facing retrenchment or retirement or major transition in their life.
